Vertiv Philippines seeks a results-focused Operations Change Order specialist to accelerate commercialization change processes. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, analyze bottlenecks, and drive improvements using ERP/PLM data to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires 3–5 years in operations or supply chain and a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, with strong Excel/PowerPoint and ERP experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of operations, supply chain, or related experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Advanced Excel and intermediate PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with ERP systems like Oracle and PLM.
• Knowledge of Product Lifecycle and development processes.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and expedite CCO activities to resolve bottlenecks.
• Monitor and resolve complex CCO, BOM, and item issues.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, Engineering, Planning, and CCO.
• Escalate critical issues and drive to closure.
• Conduct root-cause analyses to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Lead or co-lead process improvement initiatives and projects.
• Develop process documentation, reports, and performance tracking.
• Communicate trends and recommendations to stakeholders.
