Job summary

RTX is seeking a detail‑oriented procurement data administrator to support the China procurement team. You will ensure accurate capture of PO comments in Pelico and maintain supplier responses with exact PO identifiers.

The role involves data entry, escalation handling for shortages, and cross‑team coordination to keep information up to date. Ideal candidates have a relevant degree and experience in procurement or data management, with strong Excel/MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Management, or related field.
• Experience in procurement, supply chain, purchasing, materials, or data management preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate information in systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned buyers in China to ensure all PO comments, updates, and responses are captured in Pelico.
• Manually upload and maintain supplier/buyer responses in Pelico with PO/Line/Schedule identifiers.
• Review and maintain PO information and comments to ensure data accuracy and timeliness.
• Create and maintain information in escalation tickets related to shortages and supply concerns.
• Coordinate with the China buying team to gather updates and resolve open shortages or escalations.
• Monitor outstanding requests and follow up with stakeholders for required information.
