Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a detail-oriented procurement data entry professional to serve as the primary contact for China buyers, ensuring accurate PO comments and updates in Pelico. You will manually upload responses using PO identifiers and maintain data integrity across the system.

You will coordinate with the China buying team, address material shortages, and escalate issues when needed. Strong Excel skills and multi-team coordination are essential in this fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a related field.
• Experience in procurement, supply chain, purchasing, materials, or data management preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate information in systems.
• Capable of data entry and repetitive system transactions with high accuracy.
• Basic understanding of POs, PO lines, and schedule lines is an advantage.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate with stakeholders from different teams and locations.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple requests and follow-ups.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office apps.
• Willingness to learn new systems and processes, including Pelico.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global team environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned buyers in China for all PO comments, updates, and responses in Pelico.
• Manually upload and maintain supplier/buyer responses in Pelico using PO Number, PO Line Number, and Schedule Line.
• Review and maintain PO information and comments in Pelico for data accuracy and timely updates.
• Create and maintain information in escalation tickets for material shortages and supply concerns.
• Coordinate with the China buying team to gather updates and resolve shortages or escalations.
• Monitor outstanding requests and follow up with stakeholders to ensure information is provided.
• Support the team in maintaining procurement and supply chain information in designated systems.
• Perform other related administrative and data maintenance activities to support China procurement.
