Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Experience in procurement or data management is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Able to perform repetitive data entry with high accuracy.
• Familiarity with POs, PO lines, and schedule lines is an advantage.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate with stakeholders across teams and locations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and office applications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as central contact for assigned buyers to capture PO comments in Pelico.
• Upload and maintain supplier/buyer responses using PO identifiers.
• Review PO information for accuracy and updates.
• Create and maintain escalation tickets for shortages.
• Coordinate with China buying team for updates and requirements.
• Monitor outstanding requests and follow up with stakeholders.
• Support calibration of procurement data in designated systems.
• Perform related admin and data maintenance tasks for China procurement team.
