Job summary

Collins Aerospace Philippines is seeking a Procurement Specialist to manage supplier relationships, schedules, and purchase orders. You will ensure timely delivery, quality, and cost targets while coordinating with Finance on payment status.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Business/SC, 2-5 years in purchasing or supply chain, and experience with ERP systems like SAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement and any other related course.
• 2-5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, sourcing, or supply chain roles.
• Procurement and purchasing processes.
• Purchase order management.
• Inventory and demand analysis.
• Data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with ERP/procurement systems such as SAP or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of procurement policies, compliance, and internal controls.
• Ability to work under deadlines.
• Organization and time management.
• Decision-making and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all aspects of the relationship with a specific supplier within a commodity.
• Directs and manages all schedules and purchase orders for the client account of the product family.
• Ensures product is delivered on time, meets quality standards and at the right cost.
• Support on communicating with supplier on replenishment of QN related items and quantity
• Creating and maintaining an inventory according to the need of MRP
• Liaising with Finance team to determine payment status of their respective supplier/s.
