Job summary

Qualifications

What You Will Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned buyers in China to ensure that all relevant purchase order comments, updates, and responses are accurately captured in the Pelico system.
• Manually upload and maintain supplier/buyer responses in Pelico using the appropriate unique identifiers, including PO Number, PO Line Number, and Schedule Line.
• Review and maintain purchase order information and comments in Pelico to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timely updates.
• Create and maintain information in escalation tickets related to material shortages and other supply-related concerns.
• Coordinate with the China buying team to gather updates, clarify requirements, and ensure timely resolution of open shortages or escalations.
• Monitor outstanding requests and follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure that required information is provided and properly documented.
• Support the team in maintaining accurate and up-to‑date procurement and supply chain information in the designated systems.
• Perform other related administrative and data maintenance activities as needed to support the China procurement team.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field.
• Experience in procurement, supply chain, purchasing, materials, or data management is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate information in systems.
• Comfortable performing data entry and repetitive system transactions with a high level of accuracy.
• Basic understanding of Purchase Orders (POs), PO lines, and schedule lines is an advantage.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with stakeholders from different teams and locations.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests and follow-ups.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to learn new systems and processes, including Pelico.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, global team environment.
