About the role

A processing role supporting visa applications and immigration services, involving documentation management, client compliance, and coordination with government agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Endorse clients' major/minor visa applications to documentation associate and comply with all required routing slips

• Ensure customer applications are complied, filed, and submitted to respective government agencies or offices

• Process, monitor, and implement customer applications including processing, releasing and mailing of ACR-I card to clients

• Perform field work tasks to government offices or agencies such as Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) and National Bureau of Investigation (NBI)

• Assist clients for medical and laboratory tests

• Collect payment from clients, pick up and/or deliver Travel documents as assigned

• Comply with internal and external audit requirements

• Process customer visa applications on time

• Maintain confidentiality of clients' details and information in compliance with Data Privacy law

• May be assigned or transferred to other duties or positions as required by the company's business operations
