This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients seeking visa and immigration assistance. As Client Care, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring their queries are resolved promptly and professionally whilst maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction. This role is critical to our business operations and directly impacts client retention and our reputation in the immigration services industry.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming client enquiries via phone, email and other communication channels in a professional and courteous manner
• Provide accurate information regarding visa applications, immigration procedures and service offerings to clients
• Assist clients with the visa application process, answering questions and guiding them through required documentation
• Process client requests and ensure timely follow-up on all outstanding matters
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and transactions within company systems
• Liaise with internal teams to resolve client issues and elevate concerns where necessary
• Support the preparation of client documentation and ensure compliance with immigration requirements
• Respond to client complaints professionally and work towards satisfactory resolutions
• Contribute to maintaining a positive client experience by delivering consistent, high-quality service
• Meet and exceed key performance indicators such as call handling time, first-contact resolution and client satisfaction scores

What we're looking for
