Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Data Processing Administrator in Pasay City, Metro Manila, Philippines. Work is onsite with shifting schedules to handle large volumes of cardholder applications using our Avetta Connect platform.

You will audit, process, and validate documents, ensuring accuracy and timely data entry while adapting to evolving client requirements and procedures. This role requires attention to detail and excellent document management skills.

• Strong proficiency in navigating web‑based SaaS applications and digital document management systems.

• Audit uploaded files and supporting documentation to approve, reject, or return applications based on specific client scopes.
• Execute back‑office data entry and processing tasks with a focus on maintaining a high daily throughput.
• Identify and elevate technical system issues that impact productivity or quality through the proper leadership channels.
• Support client reporting requirements by providing accurate data extracts and status updates on pending applications.

Preferred Skills / Expertise

• Prior experience using the Avetta Connect platform or similar vendor‑management software.
• Background in “Know Your Customer” (KYC) or compliance‑based document verification (e.g., ID checks, certifications).
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking personal productivity and processing metrics.
• Previous experience in a high‑pressure BPO or shared‑services back‑office environment.
• Strong communication skills for documenting reasons for application rejection or further information requests.
