Job summary

Lotus Development in the Philippines is seeking a Business Process & Systems Manager to build, standardize, and improve processes that keep teams aligned, efficient, and accountable across departments.

You will develop and enforce SOPs, workflows, and governance, identify gaps, maintain documentation, and drive continuous improvement with cross-functional leaders across Lotus Development locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3–5 years in BPM, operations, or process improvement.
• Experience developing and implementing SOPs, workflows, and operational systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Ability to enforce standards, drive accountability, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and standardize business processes, workflows, and SOPs across departments.
• Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Establish governance, documentation, and approval standards.
• Ensure workflows are aligned and connected across teams.
• Maintain process documentation and monitor compliance.
• Collaborate with department leaders to resolve recurring issues and drive improvement.
