Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
At least 3–5 years of experience in business process management, operations, or process improvement.
Experience in developing and implementing SOPs, workflows, and operational systems.
Strong understanding of process standardization, internal controls, and governance.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
Ability to enforce standards, drive accountability, and implement improvements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with process mapping tools is an advantage.
You will build, standardize, and improve the systems that keep Lotus Development running efficiently and consistently.
In this role, you will:
Develop and standardize business processes, workflows, and SOPs across departments.
Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
Establish and enforce system governance, documentation, and approval standards.
Ensure workflows are aligned and connected across teams.
Maintain process documentation and version control.
Monitor compliance and address non-compliant practices.
Collaborate with department leaders to resolve recurring issues and drive continuous improvement.
