Job summary

Worldwide Group of Companies in the Philippines is seeking a process and systems analyst to prepare, document, seek approvals, implement, cascade and monitor departmental processes across selling, ordering, procurement, warehousing, deliveries, shipments, collections, marketing and back-office support.

You will audit effectiveness, train staff, manage MIS data, ensure data security, review software usage (including Prime), and coordinate with HR on dashboards and goals, while supporting online

Responsibilities

• Prepare, document, seek approval, implement, cascade and monitor department processes across selling, ordering, procurement, warehousing, deliveries and shipment, collections, marketing and back-office support.
• Audit and evaluate effectiveness of processes and implement corrective measures as needed.
• Cascade approved processes and conduct trainings when necessary.
• Set up Google Worksheet and upload all approved processes.
• Align socrecards and dashboards of staff with department goals and targets with HR.
• Review current software usage (Prime) and coordinate with the software developer for updates.
• Maintain and improve existing MIS databases and ensure data security.
• Support marketing in managing online platforms, payment schemes, social media, e-commerce, etc.
• Record minutes of management meetings and coordinate executive committees.
