Job summary

Lotus Development is seeking a Business Process & Systems Supervisor to oversee the design, standardization, and continuous improvement of processes across our teams.

You will develop, document, and monitor SOPs, workflows, and system changes, ensuring consistency, control, and accountability in daily operations at Lotus Development. This role focuses on cross-functional coordination and process excellence to support Gather & Grow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3+ years in business process management
• Experience creating and implementing SOPs, workflows, and operational systems
• Strong understanding of process standardization, internal controls and governance
• Experience coordinating teams or supervising process implementation is an advantage
• Excellent documentation and analytical skills
• Strong communication and cross-functional coordination abilities
• Ability to enforce standards and drive accountability
• Familiarity with process mapping tools is a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and standardize business processes, workflows, and SOPs across departments
• Monitor process implementation and ensure adherence to standards
• Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
• Coordinate with department leaders to resolve workflow issues
• Maintain accurate process documentation, version control, and approval records
• Monitor compliance with procedures and follow up on corrective actions
• Support system improvements and automation initiatives
• Prepare process performance reports and recommend improvements
• Guide teams in understanding and implementing updated processes
