Job summary

SM Development Corporation seeks a Process Excellence professional to map current and future-state processes and support IT automation initiatives in Pasay. You will collaborate with Key Users to define scope, goals, and outcomes for process improvements, and drive actionable plans.

The role emphasizes data analysis, identifying improvement opportunities, and presenting proposals to Process Owners. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years relevant experience in Process Excellence, Change Management, LEAN and Six Sigma.
• Experience in business process mapping, automation, business intelligence, ERP and workflow is a plus.
• Very good analytical, verbal and written communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, Visio, and knowledge of AI tools is an advantage.
• Amenable to work in Pasay City.

Responsibilities

• Map and document current and future-state processes across key business areas.
• Assist in the evaluation of projects endorsed for IT automation or system enhancement.
• Collaborate with Key Users to define the scope, objectives and desired outcomes of process improvement initiatives.
• Identify and drive process improvement opportunities, including the development of action plans.
• Facilitate performance gap analysis, conduct root cause assessments and support issue resolution in collaboration with Key Users.
• Analyze data to generate insights and provide data-driven recommendations for decision making.
• Present process improvement proposals to Process Owners.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of activities, communications, feedback and best practices for future reference.
