Job summary

Legal Management Group in the Philippines is seeking a Process Improvement Manager to lead operational excellence across the organization, identifying inefficiencies, designing scalable workflows, and implementing data-driven solutions.

You will partner with leadership and multiple departments to standardize processes, develop KPIs, and drive a culture of continuous improvement through Lean, Six Sigma, and automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Process Improvement, Business Operations, or related fields.
• Experience leading cross-functional process improvement initiatives.
• Experience developing operational metrics, dashboards, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Design, implement, and refine scalable workflows that improve operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, process maps, and documentation.
• Lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives from planning through implementation.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop dashboards and reports that provide leadership with actionable insights.
• Define, monitor, and report on KPIs to measure operational effectiveness.
• Present data-driven recommendations to support strategic decisions.
