Job summary

ePLDT, Inc. in Makati, Philippines seeks a Business Process Analyst to establish and optimize company processes across departments. You will conduct discovery sessions with stakeholders, gather requirements, and design to-be processes aligned with business needs to drive efficiency.

You will analyze processes, identify gaps, and propose improvements, while maintaining thorough documentation and a strong focus on training and change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, or equivalent.
• 3+ years evaluating processes, identifying gaps and improvements.
• Lean Six Sigma or process management certification is an advantage.
• Results-oriented, creative thinker with analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, influencing, communication skills.
• Highly collaborative, self-motivated with keen attention to detail.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; leadership and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and builds business processes across the different areas of ePLDT.
• Ensures overall management of processes, consistency, and efficiency.
• Conducts discovery sessions/workshops with stakeholders to understand as-is process.
• Gathers stakeholder requirements and prioritizes based on business needs.
• Designs to-be processes by studying systems/tools and applying gaps analysis.
• Analyzes business processes and performs root-cause analysis.
• Determines and outlines process improvements to meet requirements.
• Documents requirements for approval by stakeholders.
• Implements continuous analysis and updates to meet changing needs.
• Creates training materials with minimal supervision.
• Participates in process improvement reviews and develops optimization strategies.
• Keeps a repository of all business process documents.
