Responsibilities

• Maintain quote documentation with accurate pricing and configurations.
• Prepare quotes for contract renewals.
• Ensure client information integrity in database systems.
• Manage Excel with basic functions.
• Handle bookings and PO processing; reconcile postings.
• Grow expertise to support quality assurance and improvements.
• Prioritize customer needs and coordinate with senior staff.
• Escalate high-priority issues to management as needed.
• Maintain Knowledge Base and CRM usage.
• Identify operational risks and communicate for review.
• Participate in KMIP daily activities as relevant.
