Job summary

WESTCON GROUP PHILIPPINES is seeking a proactive Sales Support Specialist in Metro Manila to follow up open quotes, liaise with partners, and drive opportunities toward closure in HV and Commercial segments. You will support the quotes team for new and renewal business and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with accurate information in the CRM.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles and quotes follow-up.
• Ability to manage multiple quotes and provide timely information.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on open quotes with partners to move to closure.
• Provide forecast and feedback on pipeline; update CRM.
• Escalate complex requests and coordinate with internal resources.
• Support vendor marketing initiatives by communicating offers to partners.
• Develop understanding of vendor strategy and products to assist customers.
