Qualifications

• 5+ years in presales, solutions engineering, or related role.
• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience conducting customer presentations and technical demos.
• Solid background in Contact Centre deployment and operation.
• Broad UC and telecom knowledge.
• Experience preparing proposals, tenders, and RFP responses.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small high-performing team.

Role Description

Based in Makati, theThe UC Engineer / Technical Presales is responsible for providing expertise and support to the sales team throughout the sales process, including understanding customer requirements, assisting with proposal development, and product presentations and demonstrations. The Technical Presales Engineer will also collaborate with the Support and Development team for system implementation and support.

Reporting directly to the CTO, you will work closely with sales, technical and development teams to engage customers, understand business requirements, design solutions, deliver presentations and demos, and support successful implementations.

Key Responsibilities
