Outsourced is seeking a Customer Service Executive in the Philippines to deliver exceptional support via phone, email, and online chat. You will handle inquiries, coordinate consultations and installations, and ensure a smooth customer journey while meeting SLAs.

The role includes hybrid work from the Manila area with an onsite training period, transitioning to a hybrid work schedule with night shifts after training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of customer service experience in fast-paced, B2C environments.
• Experience scheduling or appointment coordination.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Comfort with numbers, measurements and metrics.
• Ability to manage multiple requests while maintaining high service standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Positive, proactive and hardworking attitude.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service via telephone, email, and online chat.
• Schedule customer consultations and installations using CRM systems, Google Maps, and relevant tools to ensure efficient appointment planning.
• Respond accurately to customer enquiries regarding pricing, products, and general information.
• Assist customers with payment processing through the IVR system.
• Achieve performance targets and meet service level agreements (SLAs).
