Outsourced is seeking a Customer Service Executive for a hybrid role at Eastwood City, QC. You will handle customer inquiries across phone, email, and chat, schedule consultations and installations, and maintain CRM records to ensure a smooth customer journey while meeting SLAs.

The role requires 4+ years in customer service, strong communication, and ability to work hybrid hours in Manila. Training is onsite with transition to hybrid work arrangement.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of customer service experience in fast-paced environments, supporting B2C customers.
• Experience scheduling or appointment coordination.
• Experience using CRM systems or customer management platforms.
• Comfortable with numbers, measurements, and metrics.
• Able to manage multiple requests while maintaining high service standards.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service via telephone, email, and online chat.
• Schedule consultations and installations using CRM and maps for efficient appointment planning.
• Respond to enquiries about pricing, products, and general information.
• Assist customers with payment processing through the IVR system.
• Meet performance targets and SLAs.
