Job summary

Outsourced is seeking a Customer Service Executive in Manila to deliver exceptional support via phone, email, and chat. You will coordinate consultations and installations, handle payments via IVR, and ensure a smooth customer journey while meeting SLAs.

The role requires 4+ years in customer service, CRM experience, and strong communication skills. Training is Monday–Friday, with a hybrid work arrangement at the Citibank Square Eastwood area in Quezon City.

Qualifications

4+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
Experience scheduling or appointment coordination.
Experience using CRM systems or customer management platforms.
Comfortable working with numbers, measurements, and metrics.
Ability to manage multiple customer requests while maintaining high service standards.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service via telephone, email, and online chat.
Schedule customer consultations and installations using CRM systems, Google Maps, and relevant tools.
Respond accurately to customer enquiries regarding pricing, products, and general information.
Assist customers with payment processing through the IVR system.
Achieve performance targets and meet service level agreements (SLAs).
