Magnum Ice Cream Co. in Mangahan, Philippines, invites an experienced Asia CD Transformation Manager to drive the Asia CD Strategy, partnering with regional teams to translate strategy into market-ready execution and scale best practices across markets.

You will optimize CD systems, monitor distributor performance, upskill CD teams, and build a culture of winning through top-tier execution, digitalization, and data-driven decisions across Asia.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Development, especially distributor management and operations.
• Background in Trade Marketing and Channel Development.
• Ability to operate in virtual engagements with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in Asian markets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Document Asia RTM and distributor models and establish a distributor lifecycle study.
• Co-lead Asia Category Growth Story and JBP process development.
• Drive TMICC CD Systems optimization, AI integration in CD.
• Expand distribution footprint and develop CD dashboards and rewards programs.
• Build Asia Ice Cream Academy and channel playbooks.
