Job summary

UPS Philippines is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a one-to-one experience for UPS Preferred accounts, analyze issues, and resolve tracing and claims with ownership through resolution.

You will build strong relationships with internal teams such as Billing, Delivery Information and Operations, perform follow-ups, and occasionally make outbound calls to ensure customer satisfaction and issue closure.
