Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a motivated IT Support Engineer to provide pre-sales and after-sales technical support, including demonstrations, installation, and troubleshooting. You will assist the Sales team in tailoring solutions to client needs and conduct on-site visits as required.

Travel and fieldwork are part of the role. The ideal candidate holds a IT/CS-related degree, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and willingness to engage in hands-on installation and client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in technical support, pre-sales, or after-sales support is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in IT equipment, hardware, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Good communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to do fieldwork, site visits, and travel.
• Valid driver's license and motorcycle is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
