Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a motivated IT Support Engineer to provide pre-sales and after-sales technical support, including demonstrations, installation, and troubleshooting. You will assist the Sales team in tailoring solutions to client needs and conduct on-site visits as required.

Travel and fieldwork are part of the role. The ideal candidate holds a IT/CS-related degree, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and willingness to engage in hands-on installation and client

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
Experience in technical support, pre-sales, or after-sales support is an advantage.
Knowledgeable in IT equipment, hardware, networking, and troubleshooting.
Good communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Willing to do fieldwork, site visits, and travel.
Valid driver's license and motorcycle is an advantage.
Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

Provide pre-sales and after-sales technical support, including product presentations, demonstrations, technical consultations, installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance.
Assist the Sales team in recommending suitable solutions based on client requirements.
Address client technical concerns, warranty/service requests, and provide user orientation when needed.
Conduct site visits and fieldwork for installation, technical assessment, and client support.
