Job summary

Securemetric Technology, Inc. is seeking a Pre-Sales Consultant to collaborate with sales and engineering, refine customer requirements, validate technical specs, and support RFPs. You will present solutions, run PoCs, and train customers.

The role also includes acting as a sub-Project Manager to track progress and ensure timely delivery, with travel as needed. Fluency in English and Tagalog, strong communication, and a background in IT or engineering are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or IT-related field is required.

About the role

This role involves collaborating with sales and engineering teams to understand and refine customer requirements, validate technical specifications, and support pre-sales activities. You will participate in technical presentations, product demonstrations, and Proof of Concept implementations, conduct product training sessions, and provide technical consultation to external stakeholders. You will also act as a sub-Project Manager, tracking project progress and ensuring timely completion of tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand, analyze, and refine customer requirements
• Work closely with the engineering team to validate technical specifications and feasibility
• Support pre-sales activities, including the preparation of RFPs, proposals, and technical documentation
• Participate in technical presentations, product demonstrations, and Proof of Concept (POC) implementations
• Conduct product training sessions and provide technical consultation to external stakeholders
• Act as a sub-Project Manager, tracking project progress and ensuring timely completion of tasks
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management, based on business needs.

Any other tasks assigned by management are deemed necessary as and when required

Skills and Specifications

• Good command of English & Tagalog is a must.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Programming language experience, especially in mobile application development.
• Must be highly motivated, proactive, possess a positive attitude, and have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with good interpersonal skills.
• Strong business acumen, quick to capture business & technical requirements.
• Able to communicate complicated technical issues with effective presentation skills.
• Prior experience in application development and deployment is desirable
• Able to meet deadlines while working under pressure.
• Any IT/Cybersecurity certification will be an added advantage
• Willing to travel if required.

Education and Qualifications

• Required degree in Engineering & IT-related background or equivalent.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in IT, Pre-Sales consultancy, Hardware/software products development
