Job summary

Job Vacancy Phil in Manila is seeking a driven Pre-sales / Solutions Engineer to collaborate with account managers, qualify opportunities, and develop end-to-end technology solutions across IT infrastructure, networking, cloud, and cybersecurity.

You will conduct client presentations, build BOM/SOW, coordinate with vendors, and translate complex concepts into business value for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. This is a direct-hire, full-time role in Metro Manila.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in pre‑sales, solutions engineering, systems engineering, or related IT roles.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity concepts.
• Experience in solution design, proposal development (BOM/SOW), and vendor coordination.
• Familiarity with RFP/RFQ processes and enterprise sales cycles.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem‑solving skills.
• Certifications such as CCNA, AWS, or Microsoft Azure are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with account managers to identify, qualify, and develop sales opportunities while gaining a clear understanding of client requirements.
• Design and present end-to-end technology solutions across IT infrastructure, networking, cloud computing, cybersecurity, data protection, VoIP, and business continuity.
• Conduct client presentations, product demonstrations, proof-of-concept (POC) activities, and technical workshops.
• Develop detailed technical documentation, including proposals, BOMs, Statements of Work (SOW), and solution designs aligned with client needs.
• Coordinate with vendors, distributors, and technology partners for accurate pricing, licensing, and compatibility.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-focused value propositions for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support bid management activities, including RFPs, RFQs, and other tender processes.
• Stay current with emerging technology trends and competitive solutions.
• Ensure smooth handover of solutions to post-sales, delivery, and implementation teams.
