Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, Civil, Industrial, Computer Engineering, or related field)
• Master's Degree or MBA is an advantage
• 7–10 years of experience in pre-sales, solution architecture, engineering consulting, telecommunications, network infrastructure, or managed services
• Proven experience designing telecommunications, engineering, or infrastructure solutions
• Experience supporting enterprise, telecommunications, utility, government, or large-scale infrastructure projects
• Strong background in technical proposal development, bid management, and customer presentations
• Strong ability to communicate with both technical stakeholders and C-level executives
• Commercially minded with the ability to translate complex technical requirements into compelling, profitable solutions

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end engineering, telecommunications, and infrastructure solutions
• Conduct technical discovery sessions, site assessments, and solutioning workshops
• Lead technical solutioning for RFI, RFP, RFQ, and bid opportunities
• Develop technical proposals, SOWs, solution blueprints, deployment plans, and implementation approaches
• Present and defend solutions to technical teams, management, and C-level stakeholders
• Develop costing, pricing, ROI, and TCO models in collaboration with internal teams
• Ensure proposed solutions are commercially viable, operationally feasible, and profitable
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Project Management, Delivery, vendors, and technology partners
• Contribute to new service offerings, solution frameworks, and industry innovation
