Job summary

Ingram Micro Philippines BPO LLC is seeking a Pre-Sales Solutions Design Associate to combine technical knowledge with customer engagement. You will work with resellers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to understand requirements and recommend technology solutions across hardware, software, cloud, networking, and services.

This role suits professionals with experience in pre-sales, technical sales, inside sales, or technology consulting who want to advance in the technology sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent relevant work experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Technical/Inside Sales, or related roles.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common business applications.
• Willingness to work night shift (US business hours) and hybrid onsite up to 10 days/month.

Responsibilities

• Partner with reseller customers and internal teams to understand requirements, budgets, and timelines.
• Recommend technology products, services, and end-to-end solutions across hardware, software, and cloud.
• Design solutions including warranties, maintenance, and value-added services.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to drive business growth.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, chat, and virtual meetings.
• Maintain accurate opportunity records with customer requirements and decision processes.
• Collaborate with sales, product, vendor, and operations to ensure delivery.
• Stay informed on technology trends and vendor offerings.
• Meet productivity, quality, and performance targets in a fast-paced setting.
