Job summary

Exclusive Networks in Manila is seeking a Pre-Sales Team Lead to manage a team of presales engineers and solutions architects. You will coordinate demos, PoCs, proposals and product briefings for our reseller base across the portfolio.

The role requires deep cybersecurity know-how, strong presentation skills, and hands-on guidance to drive successful scoping, SOWs, and handovers to post-sales. Hybrid work arrangement in Manila is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (BS ECE / Computer Engineering / CS / IT).
• 5–6 years experience in presales or post sales cybersecurity roles.
• Strong knowledge of firewalls, endpoint protection, DLP, IDP/IPS, VA/PT, cloud.
• Experience delivering presentations, PoCs, and proposals.
• Certs in Palo Alto or cybersecurity are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of presales engineers and solutions architects.
• Support presales activities: presentations, demos, PoCs, proposals, product briefings for resellers.
• Coach the presales team on best practices.
• Assist sales with scoping, BoMs, part numbers, tenders, and SOWs with post-sales.
• Handover projects to post-sales team.
• Stay updated on roadmap, pricing, and support options.
• Manage cross-training and scheduling to drive deal closure.
• Collaborate with Technical Director to achieve goals and KPIs.
