Arcanys in the Philippines seeks a Sales Support / Quoting Specialist to support our US channel. You will bridge sales and technical support to prepare accurate quotes, manage inquiries, and drive timely responses for hardware, software licenses, and services.

You will qualify partners, handle inbox triage, and pursue upsell opportunities while maintaining clean CRM data and contributing to playbooks for future hires.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B inside sales or sales support experience with a balance of technical understanding.
• Experience building quotes and working with price lists; strong Excel skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English; comfortable on live calls with US partners.

Responsibilities

• Triage the sales inbox, qualify leads, and route complex deals to the right salesperson.
• Build accurate quotes and configurations for hardware, software licenses, and services.
• Identify upsell opportunities on quotes (extensions, upgrades, subscriptions).
• Engage partners via live chat and calls; chase missing details politely but firmly.
• Maintain clean CRM data and contribute to weekly/monthly KPI reports.
