Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field required.
• At least 2 years of stakeholder management experience in a BPO environment.
• Advanced customer service, problem solving and analytical skills required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Quote Presource packs based on sales reps/customers requests.
• Coordinate with sales reps rather than hospitals.
• Focus on cost efficiency and high-volume components.
• Ensure quotes meet quality and regulatory guidelines.
• Handle diverse requests requiring training (Government, Canada quotes, Dressing change organizers, PRCs).
• Critically assess non-standard requests and work with cross-functional teams.
• Review rebates to ensure proper accounting.
