Acquire Intelligence is hiring a Pre-Funding Support Agent to join our global outsourcer team. You will validate identity, banking, and entity information, build contracts in PandaDoc, and release them within a strict 30-minute SLA from Ortigas, Manila.

You will support a Financial Services program, ensure contract accuracy, and collaborate with leadership to resolve any discrepancies while maintaining compliance and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Ability to work under a strict 30-minute SLA.
• Experience reviewing bank statements and legal entity documentation.
• Strong research and investigative skills.
• Comfortable escalating issues when documentation discrepancies arise.

Responsibilities

• Verify identity, banking, entity, balance, and risk information.
• Build contracts in PandaDoc and release them within SLA.
• Perform OpenCorporates & SOS validations.
• Cross-reference contracts with related entities and owners.
• Conduct pre-sent research and risk review.
• Prepare accurate contract details and attach required documents.
