Acquire Intelligence is seeking a meticulous Pre-Funding Support Agent to join our Ortigas-based team. You will support a Financial Services program, validating identity, banking, and entity information, while ensuring contracts are accurately built in PandaDoc and released within a 30-minute SLA.

You will work under tight timelines, perform OpenCorporates and SOS checks, and coordinate with leadership on any discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Ability to work under strict 30-minute SLA requirements.
• Experience reviewing bank statements and legal entity documentation.
• Strong research and investigative skills.
• Comfortable escalating issues when documentation discrepancies arise.
• High standards for compliance and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Release contracts within 30 minutes of the request.
• Verify EIN matches internal records and validate IDs.
• Ensure bank details and VCs match the funding entity.
• Validate entity status via SOS/OpenCorporates.
• Cross-reference DBAs, owner accounts, and related entities.
• Review balances to determine if offer adjustments are needed.
• Conduct pre-sent risk research and due diligence.
• Build contracts in PandaDoc with accurate addresses.
