The role emphasizes precise document handling, fast turnaround under a strict 30-minute SLA, and collaboration with brokers and underwriters for funding readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience in loan processing or financial services operations.
• Comfortable reviewing complex financial and legal documents for accuracy.
• Ability to compare information across documents and systems for inconsistencies.
• Capable of working in a time-sensitive SLA-driven environment.
• Willing to research information and escalate where needed.

Responsibilities

• Validate information across documents and systems for completeness and accuracy.
• Prepare and review contracts ensuring all banking and ownership details are correct.
