Job summary

Acquire Intelligence in Ortigas is seeking a Loan Documentation & Underwriting Support professional to help ensure contracts are accurate and funding files are fully documented. You’ll review banking, identity, and business records, verify details, and prepare contracts for release within a strict SLA.

This role requires experience in financial services, loan processing or back-office documentation, with strong attention to discrepancies and timelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services, loan processing, loan documentation, lending operations, underwriting support, banking operations, or another documentation-heavy back-office role.
• Comfortable reviewing financial documents and comparing information across multiple records.
• Able to identify discrepancies and investigate what needs to be corrected before a file proceeds.

Responsibilities

• Loan & Document Review: Review funding files, bank statements, IDs, and business documents.
• Banking & Entity Verification: Validate bank details, legal names, EINs, DBAs, and business records.
• Financial & Risk Checks: Review submitted balances and complete required calculations.
• Contract Preparation: Build and review contracts in PandaDoc and maintain Salesforce records.
