Acquire Intelligence in Ortigas, Philippines, is seeking a Financial Operations Associate for onsite night shift. The role centers on supporting funding processes, reviewing documents, and ensuring accurate banking and business verifications to prepare contracts before funding.

You will participate in document review, research across internal and public sources, and funding operations with a strict 30-minute SLA, using Salesforce and PandaDoc.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services, banking operations, lending support, or a documentation-heavy role.
• Comfortable reviewing financial and business documents.
• Able to compare information across multiple records and spot inconsistencies.
• Able to research issues and escalate when information cannot be confirmed.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, SLA-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Document & Financial Review: review bank statements, IDs, business records, and funding documents; ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Verification & Research: validate banking, business, ownership, and entity information; research and cross-check data.
• Funding Operations: prepare and review contracts; verify details; maintain records in Salesforce; build contracts in PandaDoc; meet 30-minute SLA.
