Acquire Intelligence in Ortigas is seeking a Loan Documentation & Underwriting Support professional to help ensure contracts are accurate and funding files are fully documented. You’ll review banking, identity, and business records, verify details, and prepare contracts for release within a strict SLA.

This role requires experience in financial services, loan processing or back-office documentation, with strong attention to discrepancies and timelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services, loan processing, loan documentation, lending operations, underwriting support, banking operations, or another documentation-heavy back-office role.
• Comfortable reviewing financial documents and comparing information across multiple records.
• Able to identify discrepancies and investigate what needs to be corrected before a file proceeds.

Responsibilities

• Loan & Document Review: Review funding files, bank statements, IDs, and business documents.
• Banking & Entity Verification: Validate bank details, legal names, EINs, DBAs, and business records.
• Financial & Risk Checks: Review submitted balances and complete required calculations.
• Contract Preparation: Build and review contracts in PandaDoc and maintain Salesforce records.

LOAN DOCUMENTATION & UNDERWRITING SUPPORT

Ortigas, Onsite | Night Shift | Full-Time

Build your career in financial services by supporting the critical documentation and verification work completed before funding. You’ll review banking, identity, business, and financial records, investigate discrepancies, prepare accurate contracts, and support underwriting decisions within a fast-paced pre-funding operation.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE

As part of the pre-funding process, you’ll help make sure contracts are accurate and funding files are supported by complete and consistent documentation. You’ll review financial and business records, perform verification and research, resolve or escalate discrepancies, and prepare contracts for release within a strict 30-minute SLA.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Loan & Document Review

• Review funding files, bank statements, IDs, and business documents.

• Check for missing, expired, or inconsistent information.

• Escalate documentation issues before contract release.

Banking & Entity Verification

• Validate bank details, legal names, EINs, DBAs, and business records.

• Confirm information matches across Salesforce and supporting documents.

• Research entities using OpenCorporates, Secretary of State records, and other available sources.

Financial & Risk Checks

• Review submitted balances and complete required calculations.

• Cross-check prior contracts, UCC records, related entities, and owner accounts.

• Research relevant business, ownership, or legal-risk information.

Contract Preparation

• Build and review contracts in PandaDoc.

• Verify names, addresses, banking details, DBAs, and counter-signers.

• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce.

• Release completed contracts within the required 30-minute SLA.

A BIT ABOUT YOU

• Experience in financial services, loan processing, loan documentation, lending operations, underwriting support, banking operations, or another documentation-heavy back-office role.

• Comfortable reviewing financial documents and comparing information across multiple records.

• Able to identify discrepancies and investigate what needs to be corrected before a file proceeds.

• Comfortable working within strict processing timelines while maintaining accuracy.

• Able to escape documentation or risk concerns when information cannot be safely resolved.
