Ortigas, Onsite | Night Shift | Full-Time

Put your loan-processing and financial-documentation experience to work in a fast-moving international financial services operation. You’ll review applicant and business records, validate banking and entity information, resolve discrepancies, and prepare accurate contracts before funding.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE

This is a high-accuracy loan-processing support role where speed matters as much as getting the details right. You’ll work across financial documents, business records, internal systems, research sources, and contracts to make sure files are complete and accurate before release.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Financial Document Review

• Review bank statements, banking information, identification documents, and business records.
• Confirm information is complete, current, and consistent across submitted documentation.
• Identify discrepancies that could affect contract release or funding.
• Calculate balances and financial information when required.

Loan & Funding Verification

• Validate business and entity information using internal and external sources.
• Cross-reference previous contracts, account information, and related records.
• Verify legal names, addresses, business registrations, DBAs, and ownership information.
• Research inconsistencies and elevate unresolved issues before processing continues.

Contract Preparation

• Prepare and review contracts using PandaDoc.
• Make sure legal, banking, address, ownership, and business information is reflected accurately.
• Complete final quality checks before contract release.
• Work within a strict 30-minute processing SLA.

Research & Records Management

• Maintain accurate information in Salesforce.
• Research businesses, associated entities, locations, public filings, and relevant risk indicators.
• Upload or document supporting records when required.
• Coordinate with brokers, underwriters, and leadership when additional information is needed.

A BIT ABOUT YOU

• Experience in loan processing, financial services operations, credit support, banking operations, verification, or another documentation-heavy environment.
• Comfortable reviewing financial and legal documentation for accuracy.
• Able to compare information across multiple documents and systems and identify inconsistencies.
• Able to work accurately in a time-sensitive, SLA-driven operation.
• Comfortable researching information and escalating files when something does not look right.
