Job summary

The Maya Philippines collection team is seeking a diligent Collection Associate to pursue pre-delinquent and due accounts, aiming to meet targets and adhere to policies. You will collaborate with teammates to maintain records and generate performance reports.

You will handle calls, communicate payment options, and assist clients with waivers or adjustments while observing schedules that may include weekends or holidays.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Finance or related field.
• Proven experience as collection associate for lending and credit cards.

Responsibilities

• handles collection call outs
• Maintain Update records of loan payments and client information
• Monitor progress of existing loans/dues; Coordinates with clients on payments, payments options
• Prepare statements and recon on clients loan
• Writes Collection letter
• Submission of various productivity/collection related reports (end of day)
• Able to strategize to achieve target set
• Willing to work long hours and during weekend and holidays; shifting schedule
• Address various customer issues
• Evaluate and recommend approval/disapproval of requests for waiver of charges
