Job summary

You will also produce various collection-related reports and contribute to strategy to meet targets. A finance-related BS degree and proven collections experience are required.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Finance or related field.
• Proven experience as a collections associate for lending or credit cards.

Responsibilities

• Perform collection activities for pre-delinquent and past-due accounts.
• Achieve set targets and productivity standards with the team.
• Coordinate with clients on payments and payment options.
• Prepare statements and reconcile client loans as needed.
• Submit productivity/collection reports (end of day).
• Able to strategize to achieve targets; willing to work long hours, weekends, and holidays.
