• BS degree in Finance or related field.
• Proven experience as a collection associate for lending and credit cards.

Responsibilities

• Handle collection call outs.
• Maintain updated records of loan payments and client information.
• Monitor progress of existing loans/dues and coordinate with clients on payments or payment options.
• Prepare statements and reconcile client loans.
• Write collection letters.
• Submit productivity/collection reports (end of day).
• Strategize to achieve set targets and meet productivity standards.
• Willing to work long hours, including weekends and holidays; shifting schedule.
• Address various customer issues.
• Evaluate and recommend approval/disapproval of requests for waivers of charges.

• Maintain Update records of loan payments and client information

• Writes Collection letter
• Submission of various productivity/collection related reports (end of day)
