Qualifications

• BS degree in Finance or related field is required.
• Proven working experience as collection associate for lending or credit cards.

Responsibilities

• Handle collection call outs.
• Maintain/update records of loan payments and client information.
• Monitor progress of existing loans/dues; coordinate with clients on payments and payment options.
• Prepare statements and recon on clients' loans.
• Submit productivity/collection related reports (end of day).
• Able to strategize to achieve target set.
• Willing to work long hours and during weekends/holidays; shifting schedule.
• Address various customer issues.
• Evaluate and recommend approval/disapproval of waiver of charges.
