Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a Supervisor, Talent Acquisition Pre-boarding (GBS) to oversee the pre-boarding process for new hires. You will lead a team of specialists, ensure data accuracy, and drive process improvements across onboarding activities.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and at least 5 years of HR management experience. Strong data governance and compliance knowledge are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 5 years HR management experience.
• Experience with Phenom, Workday, and Excel preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee preboarding data gathering and entry.
• Lead a team of pre-boarding specialists.
• Ensure compliance with data administration and security standards.
• Improve workflows and automate onboarding processes.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition for a smooth hiring experience.
• Maintain accuracy of HR data in the system.
• Educate end users on system functionality.
