Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a Supervisor, Talent Acquisition Coordinators to lead the local talent acquisition team, collaborate with leadership, and drive recruitment strategy that aligns with business needs. This role oversees full cycle recruitment, policy compliance, and an emphasis on a positive candidate experience.

The team will work with HRTS and tech partners to optimize processes, deliver training, and ensure compliance with employment laws.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree is required. Master’s degree preferred.
• PHR/SPHR or other relevant certifications are preferred.
• Solid experience in full cycle recruitment is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Execute talent acquisition strategies aimed at enhancing quality of hires and reducing time and cost per hire.
• Regularly assess and adjust strategies to ensure alignment with business goals and evolving talent needs.
• Manages and supervises Talent Acquisition staff, including training, coaching, conducting regular touch bases, and initiating counseling when necessary.
• Continuously evaluate technologies to optimize recruiting processes and partner with HRTS and tech teams.
• Deliver training on recruitment process and technology used.
• Ensure recruitment processes align with company policies and legal requirements.
