Job summary

Private Advertiser seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – Pre-Boarding to manage the full pre-boarding lifecycle for new hires. You will ensure timely completion of pre-employment requirements and accurate onboarding processing while upholding company policies and delivering a positive candidate experience.

You will act as the main point of contact for candidates, hiring managers, training teams, and support functions, offering guidance and contributing to ongoing process improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of recruitment, onboarding, pre-boarding, talent acquisition operations, HR administration, or related experience.
• Experience handling onboarding documentation, background checks, medical clearance, or onboarding activities.
• Experience using HRIS or Applicant Tracking Systems; Workday experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end pre-boarding and onboarding process for new hires.
• Ensure timely completion of pre-employment requirements and accurate onboarding transactions.
• Serve as primary contact for candidates, hiring managers, training teams, and support functions during pre-boarding.
• Provide guidance to team members and support continuous process improvement initiatives.
