• Audit client Practice Better accounts: intake, forms, scheduling, billing, automations, integrations
• Identify inefficiencies, gaps, or misconfigurations and provide a prioritized recommendation report
• Rebuild or optimize workflows, automations, and templates based on findings
• Set up and manage client intake forms, packages, invoicing, and scheduling rules
• Troubleshoot platform issues and serve as the go-to expert across client accounts
• Train coaches/practitioners or their staff on best practices and new workflows
• Stay current on Practice Better updates and proactively recommend improvements to clients
