Job summary

Skale Bak is seeking a remote Systems Setup Specialist to install, configure and maintain the systems a US business runs on, from CRM and ClickUp to Google Workspace and automations. You will create clear SOPs and train clients on how everything works.

Requirements include 2+ years setting up business systems for clients, hands-on experience with ClickUp and Google Workspace, strong English, and living in the Philippines. 20 or 40 hours weekly, remote, mostly during US business hours.

Qualifications

• 2+ years setting up and configuring business systems for clients or a business owner.
• Hands-on experience with a CRM, ClickUp or a similar project management tool, and you can name what you built.
• Google Workspace administration or setup.
• Strong written and spoken English, because you will train clients and write documentation.
• A reliable laptop or desktop, stable high speed internet and a quiet place to work.
• Living in the Philippines

Responsibilities

• Set up new systems for clients, from the first account to a working setup
• Configure platforms such as ClickUp, Google Workspace, CRMs, Calendly, Zapier and 1Password
• Run migrations, data transfers and data cleanup between platforms
• Troubleshoot problems and fix what you can before escalating
• Walk clients through their platforms and train them to use them
• Write SOPs and technical documentation for every system you touch
