You will review, edit, and audit time-tracking sheets, ensuring flawless billing and revenue integrity for U.S.-based clients, while owning major client portals and workflows. You’ll collaborate daily with Collections, internal managers, and regional offices, building playbooks and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• High attention to detail and accuracy in auditing time-tracking data.
• Excellent professional written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to manage high invoice volumes with tight daily turnaround.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel power features.
• Willing to work remotely with EST business hours.

Responsibilities

• Review, edit, and audit time-tracking sheets to ensure billing integrity.
• Own client billing portals and upload invoices accurately and promptly.
